Renelle is certified and specializes in visceral manipulation. « Viscera » relates to the internal organs of the body, such as the liver, kidneys and intestines. Visceral Manipulation is a gentle manual therapy that aids your body’s ability to release restrictions that cause pain and dysfunction. Renelle feels for altered or decreased motion within the viscera then applies VM techniques to re-establish the body’s ability to adapt and restore itself to health
Renelle encourages clients to improve vitality and does so herself, by commonly practicing healthy habits of healthy eating, mindful living and regular physical activity such as Crossfit. Therefore, Renelle has a personal understanding of the requirements and demands of sports. Her knowledge and training also gives her a strong understanding in repetitive strain injuries and a better understanding of the body’s return to its non-injury state.
She will welcome you in French and in English.
